Affordable Homes
Over the past twenty years, the company has provided affordable housing with more than 300 homes developed on land in the Port area, providing complete infrastructure for utility and road services, designing and construction of three-bedroom, two-bath single-family dwellings in the middle income range known as Coral Reef Estates 1, 2, and 3 Subdivisions, located off Coral Road and Ponce de Leon Drive. Demand for this type housing continues today and "Reef" houses are the standard in the community for similar projects.

Custom Luxury Homes
Many custom, luxury homes from 3,000 to 10,000 square feet, have been built under the direction of Vernon Wells, in conjunction with local and foreign architects as well as design-build projects by the company, including homes on Spanish Main, Royal Palm Way, Fortune Bay, Princess Isles and other upscale subdivisions. Personal and professional attention have produced some very unique and one-of-a-kind finishes to client satisfaction.

Design/Build - Pre-Engineered Buildings
Reef Construction has provided design-build facilities for projects over the years. Pre-engineered buildings are one of our specialties for fast, economical, contemporary features and sleek design construction. Most notably is the passenger terminal for the Grand Bahama International Airport to be completed February, 2004. This project is the joint partnership of Reef and Cavalier Construction Company Limited, headquartered in Nassau, Bahamas. Modern communications technologies facilitate both companies in information gathering for timely decision-making, enabling them to be current with topics of the project from just about any location in the world, and at a pace keeping them well ahead of job production. Other notable design/build projects included Port Lucaya Marketplace, Bahama Reef Condominiums and Freeport Container Port Administration.

Roof Truss Manufacturing
The company provides a complete, in-house truss plant for traditional and complex roof systems, using timber-framed trusses, manufactured on company premises. Truss plant manager, Jason Wells, presents clients with engineered and stamped truss plant drawings to South Florida and GB Port Authority Ltd. code specifications, required by the local regulatory authorities.
